How to handle when Relme phone accidentally gets into water or other liquids
Immediately remove the phone from the liquid, quickly power off the phone, remove the sim and SD card from the machine. Using a tissue or soft cloth to absorb water or liquid, shake the phone gently so the liquid can drain out.
Use a fan or hair dryer (in cool mode) to dry the phone. Note: do not leave the hair dryer on hot wind to avoid damaging the internal hardware of the phone. Then, as soon as possible, bring the device and related documents (purchase invoice, warranty card) to the nearest realme Customer Care Center for technical support.
